Fibra Design Pro, operating from Copenhagen, is the data controller responsible for your personal information. We operate under the structural logic that privacy is an essential component of professional creative service, not an add-on. This document discloses how we handle user data with the same functional clarity used in our design studio.
We align our data processing activities with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish national laws, ensuring that every byte of information we collect serves a deliberate and documented strategic purpose.
Identifiable Matrices
Behavioral Metrics
Media Metadata
We collect information to facilitate the 'Weave' methodology—our strategic discovery phase that requires active communication and project management.
Aggregated, non-identifying technical data allows us to refine the performance of our digital vault, ensuring a high-fidelity experience across devices.
Data is processed to protect the structural integrity of our creative ecosystems, prevent fraudulent activity, and comply with Danish financial reporting.
If you have consented, we share insights on design trends and agency updates. Every transmission respects your right to silence.
Your data is not stored in perpetuity. We apply a strict architectural timeline to information storage, retaining data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, or as required by Danish the Bookkeeping Act (typically 5 years).
"In design, excess is noise. In data, excess is risk. We purge irrelevant metadata periodically to maintain a clean, secure environment."
Under the Danish Data Protection Authority Guidelines
You may request a structural audit of the personal data we hold about you at any time. We will provide this ledger in a portable, readable format within 30 days.
If the data we hold contains inaccuracies or flaws in its architectural logic, you have the absolute right to demand immediate structural correction.
Known as the 'Right to be Forgotten', you may request the total deletion of your identifiers, provided it does not conflict with our legal bookkeeping obligations.
You can object to the 'weaving' of your data into certain processing streams, particularly marketing and profiling architectures.
Where processing is built on the pillar of consent, you may collapse that pillar at any moment. Your decision will be respected without friction.
Should our structural intelligence fail to meet your standards, you have the right to file a complaint with the Datatilsynet (Danish Data Protection Agency).
We do not trade your data. However, our digital architecture incorporates trusted modules—third-party services—that help us host, analyze, and secure our online presence.
Hosting Modules
Servers based within the EEA to ensure that data does not exit the European regulatory umbrella.
Traffic Logic
Aggregated analytics that identify flow through our sections without mapping individual identities.
Secure Mailways
Email gateways protected by TLS/SSL encryption for all strategic correspondence.
Last Blueprint Revision: July 11, 2026
We periodically update this policy to reflect changes in our design methodology or legal landscape. Any structural alterations will be noted here, and major revisions will be communicated directly to our current stakeholders.
